The BAR is a foreign power.
INNS OF COURT - "These are certain private unincorporated associations, in the nature of collegiate houses, located in London, and invested with the exclusive privilege of calling men to the bar;..." Black's Law Dictionary, 5th Edition page 709.
Therefore, all BAR members are foreign agents. Every judge in America is a member of the American Inns of Court Foundation and the Inns of Court for the state in which they "reside".
The True Article Thirteen in Amendment
I obtained a certified copy of an 1819 US Constitution taken from Virginia Statutes that has an Article Thirteen in Amendment. The true Article Thirteen in Amendment says;
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
This Article Thirteen in Amendment is clearly aimed at the BAR and BAR members and prohibited them from holding any position of trust (requires an oath of office), and revokes their US citizenship.
I brought this into the US Supreme Court in My case 07-5674 and the US Department of Justice waived their right to respond. That is like saying "So what we already know about that." It is an admission that it is true.
Another thing I brought into the case was the fact that the ONLY major engagement in the War of 1812 was when the British burned the Capitol and the National Archives. They were obviously trying to destroy allevidence of the true Article Thirteen in Amendment. The British wanted their BAR members to infiltrate our government and seize control. These issues were all brought into my case US Supreme Court case 07-5674 and they waived their right to respond. In fact I stated that the War of Independence did not end, and I guess it didn't.
That doesn't mean that all attorneys are bad, because I have seen some good ones, ....but they are few and far between, and it does NOT change the fact that the BAR, itself, is a foreign agency, and all BAR members are foreign agents of the Crown.
